We don’t bill Medicare or most health insurance plans directly, but many families use long-term care insurance or veterans’ benefits to cover the cost of care. We’re happy to review your coverage options and guide you through the next steps.
Not quite. Home care provides non-medical support with meal prep, companionship, transportation, and personal care. Home health care, on the other hand, is medical and typically provided by nurses or licensed professionals. We don’t offer medical care at Family Matters.
Yes! If your loved one’s condition changes, we’ll adjust their plan so it continues to meet their needs. Whether that means more hours, fewer visits, or a different type of support, we’ll keep them safe and comfortable at home.
