Caregiver Of The Month: Gina

Caregiver of the Month: Gina

We hear over and over again from our clients that what differentiates us from other caregiving companies is our devoted and talented staff. Each month, we select one caregiver who has given exceptionally terrific service to our clients and customers and highlight them here.

Our September Caregiver of the Month is Gina. Gina is incredibly hard working and dedicated, and is always looking out for our clients’ best interests. On June 1, Gina was part of a team of three women who started working with a new family. Here is an excerpt from what the family had to say about their help so far:

[Gina and her team] care as much about the well being of our mother as we do. I myself can not imagine doing so many of the tasks that they are having to take on. Dementia is a daily challenge, and they have risen to the occasion. My mother has not eaten this well in years. To her doctor’s, and our, surprise, her energy level has increased and because of their patience and encouragement, her sense of humor is coming back. They are so tuned into her ups and downs and know what it is going to take to help her get through those bad days, one day at a time. I am so grateful, first to these amazing women that are willing to take on this task, and then to everyone affiliated with Family Matters for their ability to get the kind of staff that lives up to this challenge with flying colors! There is such a need for this kind of help. Thank you, Family Matters, for being the people you are!” -J.W.

And thank you, Gina, for being such a special and important part of our team!
