Family Matters In-Home Care recognizes its role as part of the larger community
As another way of showing our commitment to the community we serve, Family Matters has initiated a program of giving to non-profit organizations addressing the needs of our elder community locally and nationally. Each year, a portion of our net proceeds is donated to one or more of the organizations below.
Heart of the Valley Services for Seniors, Inc
Heart of the Valley is an all volunteer organization helping seniors live independently in west Santa Clara Valley.

Formed in 1980, the Alzheimer’s Association advances research to end Alzheimer’s and dementia while enhancing care for those living with the disease.
