Our team of certified PCA’s work alongside employees with disabilities helping them to better navigate the work environment. They provide assistance and support with general office tasks, typing, reading, accessing the facilities, travel, etc. Employees report higher satisfaction rates with employers who offer PCA programs.
How Does the Corporate PCA Program Work?
An employee typically applies for the PCA program through their company’s human resources department. If approved, a detailed care plan is created based on the employee’s specific needs and abilities. Each PCA assists anywhere from one to three employees per day, dependent on the needs and schedule of the employee(s). An onsite PCA manager closely supervises care in conjunction with the employee’s manager.
