Garlic Artichoke Dip

Here is an easy recipe your whole family will love this holiday season!

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, peeled (I use 8 or 9)
  • 2 cans (8 ½ oz. each) artichoke hearts, drained (I use 2 cups of marinated hearts)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Dash of Tabasco
  • Fresh vegetables, crackers or chips for dipping

In food processor with metal blade, chop garlic and artichoke hearts until medium fine. Place in small baking dish, add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min. or until golden brown on top. Serve with vegetables or chips for dipping. Makes about 6 servings.
