Helping Seniors in Rancho Cordova Live Well at Home
When your loved one needs extra support to live at home, you want more than a caregiver; you want a companion. With personalized home care in Rancho Cordova, we bring warmth, joy, and attentive support into their home, making each day safer, easier, and more enjoyable.
Family Matters In-Home Care was built on Carol Pardue-Spears’ dedication to caring for others. This same heartfelt approach shapes everything we do today. As a family-owned company, we’re hands-on, involved, and committed to making life easier for your loved one.
We take the time to get to know your loved one: what they like to do, what makes them feel safe, and what kind of personality they’ll click with. Using this information, we thoughtfully match them with a caregiver who feels like an old friend.
Why Families in Rancho Cordova Turn to Family Matters

Finding the Right Caregiver Match for Comfort and Trust
We don’t just send someone who’s qualified; we want your loved one to feel completely comfortable with their caregiver.
We take the time to learn about their personality, preferences, and daily routines. From there, we carefully choose a caregiver who feels like the right match, not just in experience, but in character. The result is a relationship that feels natural, trusting, and more like a visit from a friend than a service.

What Families
Often Want to Know
Pricing depends on the level of care your loved one needs and how often they need caregiver visits. We’ll go over all costs up front during your consultation so there are no surprises.
Traditional health insurance and Medicare don’t usually cover the cost of non-medical care, but long-term care policies or VA benefits may provide assistance. We’ll walk you through available options to reduce your out-of-pocket costs.
With home care, we provide non-medical support with meals, companionship, and personal care. Home health care provides medical care from licensed professionals in the home, which we do not offer.
Yes, your care plan can always be adjusted if your loved one’s needs change. We’ll adjust our services as needed to make sure support always fits your family.
Let’s Discuss the Right Care Plan for Your Family
Your loved one deserves care that goes beyond the basics. At Family Matters In-Home Care, we’ll create a plan that fits their needs and connect them with someone who feels more like a trusted friend than a caregiver.
